Base Solution includes:
Cloud Storage – A security centric storage solution for all correspondence, membership files etc. This solution is provided through our partner Egnyte and is a fully integrated the Masonic.ly solution. Sharing of documents is available with members and non-members as is required.
Resource Management System – Another solution from Agenda. This system allows an organization to schedule and control access and details to various resources such as Lodge Rooms, Conf rooms, or any other resource that can be scheduled or reserved. This is a stand-alone module but can also be fully integrated into the Masoic.ly solution.
Archive / Artifact Management System – Another solution from Agenda. This system allows an organization to manage the items within or owned by the Lodge. This allows for identification, description, and details on each item which then integrates into the Masonic.ly system to allow for a more complete picture of the status of the collection and the Lodge.
MyCrypt – A fully integrated multi-factor security system that combines access control, authentication, and encryption. This security solution has been integrated with both the Masonic.ly and Egnyte solutions.
Advanced On-Boarding Support – Full on-boarding support available to include digitization of existing records, and linking to member records, Scanned documents can be full text searched and are linked to the appropriate database record.
Trustee Module – Module that provides reports and forms required for the Trustees to manage the real property, artifacts and investments of the Organization. This module integrates with the Archive Management System.
Advanced Customization – Custom designed and built reports, forms or modules are available with this add-on service.
