The Settings icon (center, above) offers several options for administrative maintenance. The following are some of these options:
Theme
Depending upon your organization, Masonic.ly lets you change the color theme of the application to fit your group’s colors and enter its official title.
Officers
Select the officers of your organization and save them so that they received the credentials necessary to them in their position as officers.
Dues
Enter date that is the beginning of the new fiscal year; this allows the app to keep accounts properly sorted for financial and administrative purposes.
Users
This allows you to perform maintenance and audit of all members and to add new members as well.
Outgoing Email
This option allows you to send correspondence to either individuals or groups as designated by you.
About
This section reports what version and build of the app that is currently being put to usage.
