The Profile icon (last of the three icons) gives you only two options on its drop down menu, Account Settings and Log Out.
Account Settings
This is where you input your personal contact information and preference; this includes title designation, name details, street address and other street address if necessary.
Log Out
When you select this option, you close off your account session and leave the Masonic.ly app.
